Dorma windows using 3D printed frames.

The first rough sketch of the layout.

The baseboard under construction. The base is 50mm Kingspan on a 50 x 25 frame with 100 x 20 round the outside, making it very light. The ropes are on pulleys to hoist it above head height when not in use.
